Last night we celebrated the launch of Studio Parobelle.
Megan and I met back when we were 11. Both nervous little girls in a big new school we clicked and have been friends ever since! We both never thought in the conventional ways and back then it was seen as a struggle but now, I like to think of it as our super power!

Megan has an incredible eye for fashion and design and this is her very first line.
Megan and I are both wearing her designs and last night everyone had the opportunity to browse her collection with a glass of bubbles in hand whilst munching on some Pantry canapés!

The Walled Garden is bursting with ginormous cauliflowers and purple sprouting broccoli!
Rumour has it all the caulis that were purchased on Thursday are destined for Cauliflower cheese with the Easter roasts this weekend.

Next week we will be in the kitchen as normal with a slightly more condensed menu!

Yesterday between all the showers I put off a job that had been on the list for quite some time!

I started compiling all my loose recipes. They are all going to live together very happily in one big folder!
It was a mammoth job and I got distracted by 11 year old Mollie’s ‘prize winning’ apple tart recipe!

Next week’s menu is live and whilst I was bagging up everyone’s orders on Thursday night I enjoyed the healthy balance of goodies in some of the bags!

Back in September Will the Somerset kid pressed an additional 60 litres of apple juice to allow it to ferment into cider!

This morning the two cider experts from down the road came to test the cider to see if it is ready to bottle!
Exciting news! It’s ready!
So whilst we ate banana bread and drank peppermint tea in the orangery we discussed bottling!

Whilst the morning sun was shining Boris and I hopped outside and gather arm fulls wild garlic!
It is at its absolute prime so this afternoons task was to make as much wild garlic butter as possible! It is good gear!!
