🕒 24–36 hours per week (includes weekends)

We’re looking for a kind, creative, and compassionate person to support our residents through fun, meaningful activities.

From arts & crafts and music to outings, games, and gentle exercise, you’ll help make every day enjoyable — supporting residents 1-to-1 and in small groups, including those living with dementia.

Must be caring, enthusiastic, and able to support mobility (including pushing wheelchairs).

We’re hiring Senior Carers

Looking to take the next step in your care career? We’re looking for a confident, compassionate shift lead to join our team and make a real difference every day.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and support a team of Healthcare Assistants
• Take charge of shifts and ensure high-quality, person-centred care
• Act as the go-to person in emergency situations
• Promote best practice and set the standard for care

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in elderly care and supporting complex needs
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Calm, confident approach—especially under pressure
• Level 2 (minimum) in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)

£13–£15.75 per hour
Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends

We pride ourselves on our dysphagia menu. It's so important that all of our residents have access to food that looks and tastes good. You won't find any pureed slop here. Our kitchen team works hard to present our soft food in a way that is appealing to the eyes and the tastebuds. Would you have known that any of these tasty treats are for soft diets?

Last week, one of our residents was eyeing up the cake tray and our cook, Justin, whipped up a soft scone with jam and cream that was safe for her to eat - and she was delighted. These meaningful moments really are the icing on the cake.

🍳 We’re Hiring: Cook/Kitchen Assistant 🍰

Do you enjoy cooking and making a real difference to people’s day? We’re looking for a Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team and help provide nutritious, home-cooked meals for our 24 residents.

This role is about more than just cooking – it’s about getting to know our residents, understanding their needs, preferences, and interests, and helping make mealtimes something they look forward to each day.

What you’ll be doing:
👩‍🍳 Preparing and serving nutritionally balanced meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs
🥗 Supporting breakfast service and daily food preparation
📦 Assisting with stock ordering, menu support, and kitchen organisation
🧼 Helping maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment
📋 Following food hygiene, allergen, and safety guidelines
🧁 Supporting residents with baking activities and helping create enjoyable kitchen moments together

Our kitchen is a real team effort, so we’re looking for someone happy to muck in — from cooking and prep to dishes, cleaning, and stock taking when needed.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Basic cooking experience
✔ Ability to work well under pressure
✔ A positive team player attitude
✔ Someone who enjoys engaging with residents and learning their preferences
✔ Knowledge of dysphagia diets is beneficial (training can be provided)

Salary: Starting from £12.80 per hour, with potential increases depending on experience. Training and development opportunities will also be offered.

👩‍🍳 Cook / Kitchen Assistant
💷 Starting salary: £12.80/hour (increases dependent on experience)

If you’ve got cooking experience, thrive under pressure, and love being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

In our kitchen, everyone pitches in — so you’ll need to:
✔️ Support with dishes & cleaning
✔️ Manage stock taking & prep work
✔️ Cook nutritious meals for 24 residents
✔️ And occasionally whip up a mean birthday cake! 🎂
