Huge thanks again for everyone's support over the last couple of days. We now have a generator and hope to have full power restored tomorrow. Our phone lines are now open again.

There are too many names to mention at the moment but please know that we are grateful for each and every one of you. You're actual lifesavers.

Today we’re delighted to celebrate the graduation of our second Registered Manager Development Programme cohort.

This programme reflects our ongoing commitment to developing confident, capable, and values-driven leaders who are ready to make a real difference. Completing it takes dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for high-quality care – and our graduates have demonstrated all of this and more.

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to Smart Working Revolution for facilitating and leading the programme. Their expertise, insight, and support have been instrumental in its success.
