🌿 Looking after your mental wellbeing this April
Looking for ways to feel more connected, active, and supported? 💛
Healthy Worcestershire sessions are running across the county this April, helping people stay active, meet others, and focus on positive mental health.
Each week covers a different wellbeing topic:
▪️ w/c 6 April: Pranayama – using breathing techniques to support physical and mental wellbeing
▪️ w/c 13 April: Building confidence – tackling negative self-talk and boosting self-esteem
▪️ w/c 20 April: Growing your support circle – connecting with others in your community
▪️ w/c 27 April: Mindfulness – learning to be more present and compassionate with your thoughts
Sessions take place in over 30 locations across Worcestershire, as well as online, making them accessible to people in the community.
