Grateful for the amazing group who joined me this morning.. The breath brought us together, the energy grounded us, and the space felt calm, strong, and alive. It’s beautiful watching people find their own power and peace at the same time. Thank you for sharing this experience with me, in this space that I love - these acoustics! 😮‍💨💜🧘‍♀️🌱

Absolutely buzzed after a fundamentals workshop with some of the amazing pack at Zenith! This gym community means a lot to me, I’m there multiple times a week getting stronger - so sharing the method here was so much fun, and everybody smashed it!! I know already of one person who’s taken the plunge and bought their own ice bath! Let’s go, we are capable of more than we think!💪❄️🌱🫁

I’m buzzing after an amazing group of individuals came along and gave so much effort and energy to the breath work this morning! 💪

Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and lean in to whatever the Wim Hof Method makes you feel is brave, and powerful! I hope you stepped out, felt the sun on your face, and felt as good as I did! Until next time, keep up your efforts to be the best version of yourself! 🌱💜

Two years apart!! What a journey..

A Facebook memory popped up reminding me it’s been two years since I went as a participant for the first time to a Wim Hof Method workshop - I still remember the buzz from going, the enthusiasm and strength of the instructor and come away feeling amazing!

Fast forward a year to the day and I was holding a workshop of my own! Still buzzing! And hopefully offering the strength and energy I received that day to those who came along - and of course I went for a dip afterwards!
