Job description

Alves iCare is a well-established, CQC-registered care provider, providing domiciliary care and supported living services to a wide range of individuals, including the elderly, people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. We are recruiting support workers and health care assistants within the Peterborough area (including Whittelsey, Farcet and Yaxley) who are able to provide care for individuals within their own homes and out in the community. We are looking for individuals who are team players with a positive attitude and are willing to learn as they work.

Job role:
• Provide essential support to the clients' everyday activities, including personal care, preparing meals and supporting them to attend appointments and activities
• Encourage independence through community activities working with individual preferences and choice
• Facilitate achievement of support plans
• Support and promote life skills and social activities
• Empower choice and decisions
• Provide written accounts of clients' day-to-day activities, appointments, achievements and goals

Good morning everyone! Alves iCare are currently searching for a property for one of our clients. It must have a minimum of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a garden. We are especially looking for bungalows, as this would fit our client's needs the best, but we are also willing to look at semi-detached and detached houses too. It must be of a good standard as it will be regulated by Ofsted in the near future. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
