Here, movement becomes medicine, meditation becomes a doorway, and your story becomes a source of power. My friends call me Rose I love dancing, yoga, art, drumming, chanting mantras, play, swimming, meditation, cooking and creating in the kitchen, Nature, camping, exploring and learning. I am a mother of 3 incredibly talented and beautiful children. It was being sleep deprived, depressed and suicidal that took me on to a journey of self discovery and led me into the wonderful world of holistic approaches, ancient practices that have evolved into our now word and my love of dance, music and learning to love myself that allowed me to develop and remember who I was whilst loving all of who I was who I am today and who I will be. Through this process I am able to share and support others in better understanding themselves and learning to love themselves unconditionally with the most incredible results. I absolutely love that I can do this with others empower them to be and love themselves fully.

On Saturday I held a small taster workshop exploring Poetry as Alchemy.
Something beautiful happened in the room.

As we moved through a guided visualisation and reflective writing, people began sharing what they discovered about themselves. One woman described seeing her inner child at first frightened… and by the end she saw that same child clothed in light, joyful and skipping towards the sun, free.

One lady had a realisation that love wasn't about romance that it is much deeper that it lives and breathes in your passions your ability to take up space and let yourself be.

Moments like that remind me why I love this work.

Poetry has a way of opening doors inside us, that allow us to see ourselves more clearly. There's this moment of unwavering truth and inner wisdom will flow when we open ourself up to just say the words that sit waiting on the edges to be heard. This is what unfolded last year when the poetry just poured out into whispers of the soul book and is still flowing beautifully. We remember the courage inside and that was a reflective theme in the group Saturday everyone stepping into and reclaiming that courage to be authentically themselves...

I offer you this today take a few minute to tap into your creativity,
and play with some words, how can you put a positive spin on something that didn't feel good at the time... last year i walked away from a family member not to close the door but to give space for growth and reflection it taught me lessons on healthy boundaries, respect, and trusting my truth. So to put o positive spin on something that hurt deeply these are a few words of the top of my head, Even though it hurt, to walk away from you, like the river and the current, I knew i would flow back to you .. this acknowledges the pain, it honours your choice, it also shows that trust will flow back when you are ready this is the higher wisdom.

Maybe you reflect on new ideas coming as we come to the close of the winter season, and connect and write words that support this

In two weeks, around the Spring Equinox, I’ll be holding a deeper circle exploring Poetry as Alchemy a space for reflection, creativity and self-discovery. Through somatic movement and breathwork, getting out of your head and into your heart.

Woke up in the night
With self doubt,
Tapped it out,
As the voice echoed loud.
Woke up again it was still creeping in,
Workshopped it out,
Clarity reminded me to release that doubt.

Delusional confidence. That was a poem that I wrote weeks back this is why words are powerful why poetry heals and transforms these little moments.

I took these few words out to share today as a reminder for anyone who may have that moment and we all do especially when something that is heart led and meaningful is being birthed (ideas)

I never need to drink from someone else's cup

No delusion of how, just simply being in the now!

I offer you this will you let your inner wisdom speak to you today and come back to the joy.

I have been holding this for a couple of days Last week a conversation with my daughter put a smile on my face when she said " I wish I had the Delusional Confidence you had" it stirred something in me and words then flowed ....

For the ones who keep quiet and sit watching from afar of wishing they could move and step a bit more, Into the truth of being of who they truly are...

Let the words encourage you to let yourself be....

Delusional confidence

For those that forgot to be,
Who lost themselves, To meet other’s needs.
Who tried to fit in
Forgetting to be ok in the skin you live in.

Got told don’t be stupid,
This is the way.
You let the words knock your confidence
And then you strayed.

Away from you
Away from your truth.
All because why
You’d be seen as uncouth.

The voice echoes out,
Come follow me.
If you do,
You’ll get your way.

The truth be told,
It won’t keep you free.
Just full of confusion
And lots of delusion.

For the inner you that
Is ready to speak.
To stand out from the crowd,
Whose ready to be loud.

Delusional Confidence

Electric bemusing,
To others confusing.
This delusional confidence,
Is very amusing.

Not here to be chosen,
I’m here to show up.
I never need to drink,
From someone else’s cup.

Where did those scars come from?
Did it come at a cost?
Did you really think you’d win,
By following those lost.

Optimistic direct!
No time for neglect!
Or shaming, ignoring,
What feels intuitively correct.

I call this trust,
The delusion you see.
That’s what happens,
When you surrender and just be.

No delusion of how,
Just simply being in the now.
And never having to bow
I just relax and allow.

This confidence you see,
It sits within you.
Never having to strive,
As you let love breakthrough.

The doors they opened,
I decide where I walk.
Never having to prove,
Or kissing arse to just talk.

I pay close attention,
To ideas and the waves.
Of inspired right action,
Never leaving to stray.

This confidence you see,
Will take you far.
If you’re willing to surrender,
The fear you hold dear.

With a magic wand,
Give yourself a wish.
What action will you take,
So, you can live relinquished.

Of old ways and stories,
That kept you locked in.
To how you should do things,
To be able to win.

Life is a journey,
Will you let in unfold.
Believe in yourself,
Let love take hold.

This delusional confidence,
It set me free.
Reminded me the courage,
That I can just be.
