HJCounselling HJ Counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to be able to explore issues that may be troubling you. I also offer Christian Counselling .

An empathetic, non-judgemental place for you to discuss areas in your life that are affecting you and your wellbeing. I work with anxiety, depression and look at how stress, feeling overwhelmed and how past events are affecting us in the here and now. My work is predominately person-centred so we will explore the areas that you feel you would like to explore. I am able to work with areas of Traum

a that may be affecting you this includes Trauma and the Body as well as Healing Trauma : The Brain Science of Recovery. I have completed training for Counsellors on the Needs of Adult Siblings of People with a Lifelong Disability. Due to Covid19 restrictions the work will be predominately online or telephone, when restrictions lift I am able to work within a private room in Peterborough.
