Reflexology with me isn't a quick fix or a one-off pamper, it's support for those living in constant stress & burnout.

Many of my clients are those who've been holding everything together for everyone else. Running on empty, surviving on adrenaline & pushing through exhaustion for too long.

Over time, stress builds in the body - sleep becomes broken, emotions feel heavier & the nervous system stays stuck in "fight or flight."

Eventually the body demands rest through tension, anxiety, overwhelm or feeling emotionally drained.

My role isn't to "fix" you !

It's to support your nervous system. To help your body shift out of survival mode. To create a safe space for you to pause, breathe & rest to feel calm, lighter & more grounded. Essentially helping your body to help itself.

Let's be clear, my Reflexology treatments are NOT.....
- just a foot rub
- they're not a 'pamper' treatment
- they're not a quick fix
- not a cure for your illnesses

I am currently working to become more 'Eco Conscious', both at home & in my business. I feel that our actions have consequences & I'm trying to focus on small steps & changes that I can make to improve the way I live & work, in a way that supports the environment.

Environmental protection is very important to me, as is the desire to use products that are natural & clean - from skincare to eco-friendly cleaning & washing products.

With this in mind, it seems only right that I apply this ethos to my Reflexology business too.

It's not perfect, but it's definitely work in progress & something I'm learning more about every day.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I'm really proud to be able to display the AoR 'Eco Friendly Therapist" logo badge'.

This means that as an absolute minimum, I pledge to fulfil the following guidelines wherever practicable within my therapy business....

🌿Minimise unnecessary purchasing in my practice – using up existing items before buying new ones & reusing items where appropriate.

🌿Use paper only where necessary & choose paper that is recycled/carbon balanced/ FSC or PEFC certified.

🌿Ensure that any products I use are produced in an environmentally sustainable way (eg: low volume organic production runs).

🌿Ensure that any chemicals used are not harmful to the environment.

🌿Consider the carbon footprint of items & products used in my practice.

🌿Minimise waste generated by my practice & make sure generated waste is recyclable or compostable.

🌿Minimise the impact of my travel on the environment.

Welcome to December ✨️ If you're looking to ease your pre-Christmas stress, re-charge your battery or simply enjoy some relaxation & 'you-time' just pop me a message to book in ASAP - I have only a small number of appointments left in December now.
