Customer service is key to any small business be it web, email or WhatsApp. We do our very best to respond promptly and efficiently to all inquiries and orders, especially if things sometimes go awry through no fault of our own!
Sending orders overseas can be a challenge at times due to myriad rules and red tape, and so we were thrilled to receive this fabulous message from Sarena in France:
"Doing business with Helen has been a blessing since we moved here in 2020, with seamless processing of my orders despite the re-location and distance. Most recently I placed an order online on a Sunday, and by Wednesday received notification that the parcel (pictured) had passed through Customs and would be delivered by Friday (providing customs duty had been paid - which it was!).
"All in all a very satisfying and rapid turnaround. I take my hat off to Helen and her team... a marvellous job well done, as usual."
