“I don’t treat myself everything goes on the kids, the house, the bills.”

You do so much for everyone else, and that’s beautiful but somewhere in the middle of all that giving, you forget about you. Taking time for yourself is not selfish.It’s how you reset and refill.

I created this space as a place to pause and to slow down and also to step away from the noise of everyday life. A calm peaceful environment is how I find relaxation, and sharing that with my clients is at the heart of everything I do.
