Fat loss isn’t linear for all women 🙅🏽‍♀️

For most of us, eating too little can cause unnecessary stress, fatigue and suffering. It can also cause unnecessary food focus. You don’t need to suffer to see good results. Even a small calorie deficit will work and you will see a change in the mirror. It may be slower but we’re looking for sustainable results.

🎯 See a drop of 2-4lbs.

Although this goal on the surface was scale driven, it was much deeper than that.

Rhian has seen some big changes since we had a shake up a few weeks ago with her plan. We decided to make a change, sort a set meal plan and guarantee we were hitting it consistently alongside her training sessions.

She’s incredibly driven, with a hectic work schedule and family too. With a special event coming next weekend, we decided to get a firm grip of everything and boy has it paid off! Not only has she hit her goal, but learnt so much more about tracking food, portion control and how those ‘little’ extras in each meal can really add up 😅 this is an important lesson for most.

We continue now to keep things locked in, training hard and eating well to support that 👏🏻 keep the gains coming.

This ecipe for our quick and easy, delicious treat for Easter is too good not to share! 🙊

You could even swap out the peanut butter for pistachio or biscoff cream! 🥜

Swipe to the last slide for ingredients. Recipe here:

1. Add your Greek yogurt into a bowl and mix in the cocoa powder well.
2. Pop this into your serving dish and even out so it’s smooth and level.
3. Then add your layer of peanut butter and smooth it out.
4. Melt your dark chocolate and layer that on top of the peanut butter.
5. Top with crushed or whole mini eggs.
6. Enjoy! 🤗

Ignore the labels girls! You know the ones we mean 🙄

High in protein this and that! 🥱 But when you look closer most of these ‘rich in protein’ snacks are ultra processed rubbish with less than 5g protein per 100g 🫠 not to mention the super high calories too 👀

Not to worry, we’ve got you covered 🫶🏻 Stick to high protein whole foods to nourish your body and keep you full throughout the day.

Meats, fish, cottage cheese and Greek yogurts are all great for you and are actually high in protein 😉
