Firstly, thank you so much to every single person who has followed, shared, booked, messaged or supported Root & Restore so far. It honestly means more than you know 💚 And a huge welcome to all the new followers too, it’s lovely to have you here.

I’ve had quite a few people asking recently about a treatment and price list and, if I’m honest… I was that caught up creating the space and getting everything ready, I completely forgot to actually make one 😂🙈

So thank you for bringing it to my awareness, because of course it makes total sense to have one there for simplicity and ease.

I’ll be working on that today and will have the official treatment and price list posted here this evening 🌿

Just as a little reminder too, throughout the month of May there is currently an introductory offer of 15% OFF all sessions and experiences ✨

There is also now a booking system live on the website, which allows you to book appointments directly online (a bit like modern salon booking systems 😊).

So even if your appointment isn’t until June or later in the year, as long as the booking is made during May, the 15% introductory offer will still apply 💚

🌿 Monday Reset 🌿

After an epic opening week and a very busy week with bookings, today is the day I pause, rest and allow myself to simply breathe for a moment.

It’s so important to stop and reset, especially when life becomes chaotic. And if you’re anything like me — running around like a headless chicken trying to do everything at once 😂 — having a safe, calm space to just be is essential.

That’s one of the reasons Root & Restore was created in the first place.

A space to slow down.
A space to exhale.
A space where the nervous system can finally unclench its wee bum cheeks and realise it’s safe again. 😂🌿

Honestly… after my final appointment last week, I ended up curled up on the swing chair and completely fell asleep. That probably tells you everything you need to know about how much even I needed the reset.

Today the office is quiet.
Candles lit.
Space being cleared.
Energy being restored.

Appointments resume tomorrow 💚

Just a little post to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along to the Root & Restore Open Day today. 🫶

Honestly, the love, support, conversations, encouragement and kindness shown today meant more than you probably realise.

Watching people walk into the space, relax, smile, connect and just feel the atmosphere I had hoped to create… it was really special for me. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who took the time to come by, have a chat, grab a cuppa, ask questions, support the business, share posts, and simply show up.

Root & Restore has been built from lived experience, healing, grief, growth, chaos, rebuilding and hope — so today felt like a huge milestone.
