So today marks 317 days since I first drank my magical power juice 🙌 and haven't missed a day!

Who would I have thought 1 little drink could change your life so much for the better.....well certainly not me 317 days ago!

I gave them a try after being very sceptical for quite some time, back then fat loss was what I was looking for but it didn't take me very long to realise it was so much more ❤️

🥰 Transformation Tuesday 🥰

Transformations aren't always what you can see with your eyes!

Yes I have gained fat loss & my body shape has changed dramatically but that's not the hole picture for me...

I now go to bed at night & fall asleep without staring at the roof for ages and I waken up feeling like I've actually slept all night instead of wakening up tired & sluggish...

I have a busy life, am a wife, a mum of 2 kids, a dog mum, i keep a house, I have a part time job in the family business, I do hair extensions part time, am doing a full time college course along with studying for exams! 😳 But I no longer get stressed, tired or put things off! I get up, drink my ketones & get s**t done 👊

I have so much more energy 🙌

And the most important thing I have learned is looking good is great but feeling great is Worth so much more ❤️
