Our wider fitness community is broken this weekend - we heard of the passing of the beautiful light that is Sonia Sonique Smith

We know though, she’ll continue to spread her love and light in our thoughts, our smiles, our connections, our hugs, and in every single class - she was a wide and varied instructor/coach - PT, clubbercise, energy work, soundbaths to name a few

So individually and collectively, we continue to connect in classes, through our smiles, from our hearts - with Sonia in mind this week 🦋

We’ve had such a fab week!
New songs, new faces, new moves

I’ve been working at Portlethen Primary Together one day a week for 8 weeks doing Relax Kids, Families and Adults with Serena with the P1-6 - so as a treat the P7s got a taster RockBox session in their PE slot!

They absolutely loved it, a great way to release emotions, healthily!

In RockBox, mean-faces are suggested, but we were having so much fun I think there were smiles all round.

There was whooping, shouting, singing - the energy from these 40 kids was incredible!!!!!

And as you can see I had my own personal photographer, as they weren’t able to take part - everyone’s included in my sessions. 🫶

Well done Porty P7s … and the rest of the school trying to work 🤭🫣🤪 It was just a one off don’t worry 🥰

So this was yesterday morning, then I had the privilege of doing it all over again in the evening with our usual Ellon classes - Soulsa followed by RockBox

Remember no class on Friday morning as schools are off, having a wee break 😌

THANKS TO EVERYONE THIS WEEK KEEPING ME BUSY 🥰🤩🥰

🖤 I need to watch this! 🖤

RockBox is such a great and healthy way to channel frustration, anger, expectation, the weight of never ending duties, having to be nice all the time, polite 😮‍💨
