Our brand new menu going into 2026 ❤️👏🏼

We are so ready for Prep & Perform to return for the new year & we are pretty sure some of you are too !!!!

Now you may notice there are only 4 menus, don’t panic !!!

These will run on a loop for 12 weeks & then a new menu will be released, this way we can constantly bring new meals to you with more variety than ever before👏🏼

As well as this remember we are bringing the wednesday BACK in the new year starting this week😍 this means you can start to split your collection / deliveries to ensure your meals are fresher for longer! This must be arranged at the time of ordering📦

Now we will be kicking things off Sunday 4th of January with our week 1 menu☝🏼

That’s right, by popular demand the Wednesdays are BACK starting January 2026👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This means anyone booking their meals can chose to either receive all on Sunday OR we split them over 2 days meaning they’re a little fresher for the end of the week 🌱

This will begin as the new menu starts which is very close to being finalised for you all to see 👀
