There’s 5st 5lb (34kg) between these two photos, and for Úna (its_never_too_late_to_restart on Instagram), the biggest change has been her confidence 🥰 – saying yes to more, stepping out from behind the camera and enjoying life ❤️.

A big thank you to Horndean Tyres LTD for a speedy service in replacing my tyre today. Why do car problems come when you least expect them?!! 🙄😤

All sorted now and safe to be on the road again. And what’s more, it was chance for me to leave a few leaflets in the waiting room 👍👍👍

From Thursday 8th January we have a new session time added for early risers at 8.00am. The later sessions will be at 9.30 and 11am or 5.30 and 7pm.

So a post Christmas weigh in is often a challenge for so many of us, myself included. Thankfully I managed damage limitation and whilst I gained 1.5lbs, I know I have all the tools to set me off on track to my ideal weight in 2026.

With exciting changes to our plan, together with the support of a new pack, a recipe book offer and a new Magazine, there is so much to look forwards to 👍👍👍

Members have been amazing in sessions this morning, taking the gains on the chin and thinking about their plan for the next 7days and getting right back on track

Can you spot us in Petersfield?!

Goodness, it’s cold outside but I’ve had dinner with my man in Miso Asia tonight, what a lovely way to end my day…following our Healthy Eating plan 🍣

I’ve put up a few posters, chatted with staff at shops, cafes and restaurants in the local community and I’m continuing to spread the love for Slimming World ❤️

I can’t wait to see my members tomorrow, my car is loaded with their gift of a new pack and updated plan and I’m fired up 🔥 and all good to go.

Groups are running on Tuesday this week but normally they are EVERY THURSDAY.

From Thursday 8th January you can come along and join us at any of our 5 sessions:
