Health Fair Time!

There’s nothing quite like being out in the Community and sharing the Slimming World love ❤️ I went along to a Health Fair today with my Consultant colleagues and we also had the pleasure of meeting local MP Greg Stafford.

If you want to lose weight and find the healthier and happier you, there’s still time to get going before Christmas 🎄

After supporting 153 members in Petersfield groups yesterday, their total weight loss being 10 stones, there still room for us to welcome you if you’d like to get started 👍 Xv

We did this together – as one huge, supportive, Slimming World family – and I’m so proud to have been a part of it 🤗

Our members in Petersfield weren’t shy of digging out their clothes they had slimmed out of 💖 and support from our local Cancer Research shop too was amazing! Xv

Would you like to lose weight and never go hungry? Here are just a few of my meals that have satisfied my appetite and supported my weight loss this week. Having shed over 2 stones myself this year with lots of holidays and weekend breaks along the way, eating real food is my healthy option forwards.
