Gentle Activity Time!

I haven’t picked up a badminton racket for almost 40 years but in thinking of making the most of local resources, we booked a court in Clanfield on Friday evening and I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Still not quite ready for a proper game but the rallying around definitely left me feeling good. Gently does it! A Diet Coke at the local pub was well deserved after 😘

Saturday night was a delicious meal at home 🏡 With our famous Food Optimising Plan, you never need to go hungry! With a seafood starter, steak dinner and a prepared pudding, it was a lovely evening at home 💪👍😘

Recipe Inspiration 😋😋😋

Each week, in our Slimming World groups we hold a raffle. This week, I decided to go for the Salt and Pepper Chips ingredients for our lucky winner to try. The recipe is in our brand spanking new book; Ultimate Fakeaways, that will be free to members who block book their slimming sessions, a great way to commit to their journey as well as save a few extra pennies too. Offer valid from 15th February until 7th March 2026.

It was great to see that our lucky winner from the 8am session wasted no time. She cooked them as a delicious and filling accompaniment for lunch: WIN WIN!
