Pathways to Resilience is growing!

We are really excited to be welcoming our second cohort of trainee facilitators who are starting with us next week 🥳

Once they have completed their training they will be delivering the PTR Children’s Programmes and Parent/Carer Workshops within their communities 🙌💛✨

Join us for this fun and interactive Facilitator training programme that will broaden your skills, knowledge and understanding of resilience as well as explore key tools and strategies used to support this essential life skill. You will delve into the science of the mind-body connection and learn what is happening in the nervous system and how this impacts emotions and behaviours.  All content is delivered through creativity, play and discussion and includes the latest practices in psycho-education, Breathwork, physiology and positive psychology.

🎉 Congratulations to the first cohort of accredited PTR facilitators 🎉

Earlier this year, having completed their online part of their training, we all came together for two days of learning, integration and fun.

“We were all from very different backgrounds but with one thing in common and that is supporting our future generations to reach their potential.” Elle

Our Facilitators are available to run programmes and workshops and can be found in Hampshire, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Barcelona, and soon to be in Aberdeenshire and Switzerland. More information can be found on our website.

This is a staggering statistic taken from NHS Englands Mental Health of Children and Young People Survey 2023 and discussed further as part of ‘Big Mental Health Report’ 2024.

Pathways to Resilience is working to equip children, young people and their communities with tools and strategies such as breathwork and positive psychology to build resilience and enhance mental wellbeing.

Helen Bradley (left) is a former Primary School teacher and certified Breathwork practitioner whose heart lies in fostering emotional wellbeing and supporting the development of the ‘whole’ child to live a full and vibrant life.  

Helen Spencer (centre) is a former Primary School teacher, certified Breathwork practitioner, laughter yoga facilitator and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist. Helen completed a Masters in Education, researching emotional regulation through breathwork and mindfulness. She is passionate about equipping future generations with tools to support their own emotional wellbeing.  

Samanta Echo (right) is a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Conscious Parenting Guide who combines her passion for the healing power of creativity along with a long-held commitment to the emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing of children and families. 

Samanta and Helen B. connected in 2021 to combine their decades of experience, wisdom and knowledge to create Pathways to Resilience with integrity, freedom, openness, transformation, joy and playfulness at its core. Since then, they have been delivering Programmes and Workshops to both Primary and Secondary aged children with outstanding feedback from parents and carers and significant improvements to children’s wellbeing. Helen Spencer joined as a PTR Director in 2024, bringing her knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to drive PTR forward.

We are excited to have you with us as we share this work with the wider world!
