Debunking Wellness Myths: Knowledge is
Empowerment.
There's a big difference between aromatic oils and therapeutic-grade essential oils — and it's one most people don't realise until their health depends on it.
Yes, the cheaper options may smell nice. But they're often synthetic, diluted, or contaminated with fillers.
They do not support the body on a cellular or emotional level. It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for."
When it comes to your health — your nervous system, hormones, gut, immune response - always choose quality. Your body is worth the best.
I always say: your health is your wealth.
So if you're using oils or wellness products, make sure they're actually working with your body — not against it.

Anxiety During Menopause? 😩
It’s like that one guest who shows up early, eats all the snacks, and won’t take the hint to leave.

But guess what? You’re the host, and you get to say, “Party’s over, pal!”

Here’s how to gracefully (and naturally) kick anxiety to the curb:

1. Deep Breaths = Magic Reset
Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Pretend you’re blowing out birthday candles… for someone you don’t like. P**f — stress gone.

2. Mindfulness Isn’t Just for Monks
Be here, now. Smell your coffee. Wiggle your toes. Notice something beautiful (yes, that includes you).

3. Essential Oils = Natural Chill Pills
Lavender, clary sage, and a little “please leave me alone” in a bottle.
Roll it on and roll the anxiety off.

4. Don’t Go It Alone
Talk to a friend, your dog, or better yet — me!
