✨💚🙌🏻What is Reiki?🙌🏻💚✨

Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves light touch using a series of gentle hand movements to direct and balance the body’s natural energy flow, starting at the head and ending at the feet, the room will be softly lit with soothing and relaxing music playing and I will put a warm cosy blanket on you.
There are many benefits to a Reiki healing, some of them are-
