This month, we’re coming together to raise awareness, share knowledge, and empower everyone to take charge of their breast health. 💗

Throughout October, we’ll be highlighting the importance of early detection, screening, and staying breast aware. We'll be visiting lots of different locations across West Devon and East Cornwall ☺️

Let’s wear pink, start conversations, and show our support for those affected by breast cancer. Together, we can make a difference 🫶🏼

If you do not want the appointment, please let us know so we can give it to someone that does 🎀

Drop in to the The Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre Wellbeing Hub tomorrow between 12.30-16.00 to meet staff from The Primrose Breast Care Centre, who will be providing advice on breast health and the importance of attending regular breast screening.

What's the point of going to a breast screening? If so you're definitely not on your own - we have chats about this all the time.

📣 Due to flood damage, the Breast Screening unit at The Merchant will unfortunately be out of action for the foreseeable future whilst repairs are made. If you have an upcoming appointment at The Merchant, please do not attend. You will be contacted with a new appointment to attend at Derriford Hospital. Alternatively, you can telephone the screening office on 01752 431652 to rearrange.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and will post any updates when we have them. Thank you for bearing with us at this time.

Those eligible for breast screening registered with Stratton Medical Centre are now being invited for a mammogram.

Our mobile unit will be situated in the Crescent Car Park.

There are lots of reasons why breast screening may be missed, but it's never too late to rebook this vital service that could save your life. 🩷

Your local breast screening team are here to help if you have any concerns, questions or difficulties attending your breast screening. Please call our friendly team and ask to speak to a breast screening nurse, who will try and support your needs 👩‍⚕️

We are currently inviting those registered with GP practices in the following areas:

Launceston, Lifton, Plymouth City Centre, Devonport, and will be heading to Southway, Whitleigh, Estover, and Bude shortly after.
