New Men's Group is starting in Plymouth this Saturday at Sherford Community Hub, Plymouth.

If you are free why not pop along and see what it is all about.

🔥 COMMON GROUND - FIRST MEN’S CIRCLE 🔥

Our first official session takes place:

📍 Saturday 9th May
🕐 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
📍 Sherford Community Hub, Plymouth

This is a free local men’s support circle built around real talk, respect, and brotherhood.

Whether you’re carrying a lot, navigating hardship, or simply want to be around grounded men - you are welcome here.

You do not need to share if you’re not ready.
You can simply come, listen, and be present.

No judgment. No pressure. Just space.

If you’re planning to attend, joining the WhatsApp group is helpful for updates - but if you’d prefer to just turn up, that’s absolutely fine too.

You are not alone.

The Ageless Man Project is starting a new 8 week program to help men who are ready to make a change and stop smoking (including va**ng).

The project will include pizza making, canoeing, nature and a overnight camping experience.

The Honicknowle Men's Group will be taking a break this week for the Easter Holiday. It will be back next Friday (10th April).

We will be having Bacon Baps for £1, please not we will be unable to take card for this.

We’re excited to be hosting a FREE event on Wednesday 11 March, 7–9pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our work and why it matters.
