Are you feeling the need to release emotions, slow down, and gently bring your body and mind back into balance? A Sound Bath can offer a deeply calming space to do just that.

Join me for a peaceful evening at the wonderful ** War Memorial Hall** on **Saturday 28th March from 6:30pm – 7:30pm**.

During this one-hour session, you’ll be guided through soothing meditation while being immersed in the healing vibrations of sound, with gentle Reiki energy woven throughout to support relaxation and emotional release.

This is a safe, nurturing space to simply lie down, breathe, and allow the sounds to guide you into stillness. Whether you’re new to sound baths or returning for deeper rest, you’ll be held in a warm and supportive atmosphere.

Life doesn't hand out smooth paths. It throws hurdles at you. Some come through work dynamics that test your patience, some through relationships that stretch your heart, and others through the invisible weight of your own energy.❤️

🌟But here's the truth : Every hurdle is a signal not a stop sign.

🙏Work challenges teach you how to set boundaries and stand in your worth.

🙏Relationship struggles show you were growth, honesty and self respect are needed.

🙏Your energy is your compass. You won't always feel strong, but you are capable of rising, adjusting and moving forward.

🌞One foot in front of the other. Keep going. Not perfectly but intentionally. 💪

When I go to view a venue, I’m looking at everything. ✨

Is there easy parking for my clients and is it free? 🚘
What are the sounds like outside the space?🐦
How simple is it for me to unload my (very heavy!) kit?💪
What does the energy feel like when you walk through the door?✨

There’s always so much more than just the room itself.

Recently, I went to visit Rowe Hall in Sparkwell and before I even arrived, something magical happened.

On the road leading to the hall, a 🦊red fox stepped out and stopped me in my tracks. We paused and looked directly at each other for a moment.

In many traditions, the red fox is seen as a symbol of intuition, guidance, and being led exactly where you’re meant to go. It’s often considered a sign to trust your instincts and pay attention to the path unfolding in front of you. 🦊

So of course… I took that as a very good sign.

When I entered the venue, the vendor was so lovely we connected immediately. The hall itself had such a beautiful, breathable energy. The kind of space where you instantly feel calm, open, and held.

Then I looked out of the window…

The field outside was full of deer. Not just a few around 50 or more, peacefully grazing together. It was one of those moments where you just know you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.🦌

In that instant, I knew: this venue is exactly what I had been looking for.

I cannot wait to bring my energy, my sessions, and my community into this beautiful space and I already know you are going to love it just as much as I do. 💫

Only FIVE tickets left for Warriors Rest - Celtic Themed Sound Bath in the Dome if you are in need of some wellbeing support join myself and Chris from Wolf Path Healing for an hour of meditation, sound and reiki in the wonderful Market Hall 360 Immersive Dome.

Please bring with you whatever you need to be comfortable either laying or sitting down for an hour. No late admittance so as not to disturb the other attendees.
