We begin with something special… you asked, I delivered. A longer Sound Bath designed to guide you into a deeply restorative state. Expect to fully unwind, you may even drift into sleep. Herbal tea to follow ☕90 Minute Sound Bath 🎟️

Join me for a deeply nurturing afternoon designed to help you reconnect and recharge. Drawing on 33 years of professional experience, this workshop will gently guide you through:

✨ Understanding how genetics and brain plasticity shape your wellbeing

We’ll take a peaceful break with herbal tea, soaking in the beauty of the gardens… before settling in for a one-hour deeply restorative sound bath to calm your mind and body.
