From Svagito Dhyan - A touching sharing, including details of the Zoom celebration for Sagarpriya' departure on January 11th. Love

Happy New Year!
Beloved friends,
I have just returned to my room after listening to a beautiful drumming session by a group of drummers in Buddha Grove, while watching the full moon. I am glad to be back in Pune, India, where we will soon begin another Painting Training and Art Intensive.
It has now been almost nine years since Meera left her body, and we have continued her work every year, doing our best to pass on to people some of the passion, joyfulness, and creative fire that Meera was so abundantly full of. I often feel Meera’s presence when I guide people through this process, and I am still continuously learning from her.
Yesterday I received the news that another friend and fellow traveller, Sagarpriya, has left for the other shore. She was one of my teachers a long time ago, and I learned so much from her—about the essence of being an Osho therapist and how to support people’s inner growth.
I feel deeply lucky and grateful for all the learning I have received from so many sources. As the years pass, my gratitude keeps growing. Sometimes I feel as if I am in a stream that moves on and on, and as more fellow travellers leave for the other shore, I become increasingly aware of what each person has contributed and what gifts she or he has left behind for us. A great sense of thankfulness is arising in me.
And as we are all moving toward nothingness, I remind myself of what truly matters—what stays, and what is not so important. In daily life this is sometimes forgotten, and it needs constant reminding to stay present and alert, and at the same time playful and not serious.
So, for 2026, I am also reminding myself of what is truly important to me: which courses and trainings I really want to offer, how much time I want to reserve for myself, and which places I still wish to travel to. These decisions are not always easy.
You can look at my calendar and the calendar of the Meera Art Foundation to see what I have planned to offer in 2026 in terms of courses, trainings, exhibitions, and other activities.
One event I am especially looking forward to is the Creativity Festival in Tokyo this coming April, where we will show Osho’s and Meera’s paintings in a single exhibition, accompanied by many creative events, meditations, and music celebrations. You can find more information here: https://www.meera-art-foundation.com/.../creativity.../2026
This will be followed by the famous Cherry Blossom Painting Course, where we paint under Japanese cherry trees: https://www.meera-art-foundation.com/.../cherry.../2026/4
For all my other workshops and trainings, please visit our websites or write to us.
Anu is taking care of all correspondence concerning the Meera Art Foundation (MAF).
I wish you a wonderful year 2026 and maybe we meet somewhere on the path.
With love, Svagito

In case you are interested...

Dear Osho meditators,

We are currently conducting the first global survey on meditation in all of its varieties, and it would be absolutely amazing if you could forward the following call for participants to fellow meditators and students and post it in your newsletters. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps us to give voice to all types of meditators — thank you very much!

Kind regards,
Karin

🗺️ First worldwide survey on meditation - Call for participants
We warmly invite you to participate in a groundbreaking international study on meditation – The World Meditation Survey!
This research project explores the connections between meditators’ motivations, individual characteristics and meditation practices – and how these relationships may evolve. Meditators of any tradition and level of experience are welcome to join.
The project is led by Dr. Karin Matko (University of Melbourne) and conducted in cooperation with renowned scientists from 9 different universities and countries (e.g. University of Oxford, UK, Hosei University, Japan, Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil).
Participation involves completing an online questionnaire now, and again after 6 and 12 months. The survey takes about 30–45 minutes in total and is available in nine languages (English, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, German, French, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese).
As a thank you, participants will receive a personal evaluation of key personality dimensions and the chance to win one of 60 gift vouchers worth €100, which can be redeemed personally or donated to your meditation community.
If you’d like to contribute to this unique global initiative, take 2 minutes to register:
