The steels are in on this new office building for National Grid in Torquay! 🚜 Our first visit to a Concept Building Services site & they displayed great standards of health & safety. We love getting to know new contractors & meeting welcoming site teams - makes our job much easier 😊

We carried out our second visit to a new Galion site in the lovely little village of Merriott in Somerset yesterday. Groundworks were taking place to prepare for a new housing development & we’re looking forward to seeing this one develop over the coming months 🏠

Great news our client The Apricot Centre, has now received the final building control sign off certificate. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the design team and the contractors on site.

The Apricot Centre aims to create and run a sustainable diverse farm, wellbeing service and business. It recognises that there is a fundamental link between the wellbeing of the soil, food and habitat, and the mental and physical health of the people in and around the farm, making for a wonderful environment for a warm and effective mental health/wellbeing service for children and families.

The Apricot centre is a CIC (not for Profit) founded in 2006 and aims to be financially self-sufficient.

We’re a big fan of these fire boxes seen on our site in Brickfields, Plymouth. When the lid is removed, the alarm is set off & all the firefighting equipment is inside - all protected from the elements 🚨

The sun was shining on our site in Plymouth yesterday - the new Training Academy for Plymouth Argyle.

The steels are starting to go in & it’s exciting to see this one coming out of the ground! An excellent project for the city a great regeneration of this area.

‘Astor Court’ is a unique development within a historic Grade II Listed building, the former Virginia House Settlement which was founded by Lord and Lady Astor in 1925. Every day is a school day 📚
