It was a muddy one on our site in Merriott, Somerset yesterday following several storms in the South West region 💨💦🥾

Please ensure your sites are kept safe during these extreme conditions including; extra checks on scaffolding in case it has been compromised, ensuring all materials are secure and not able to fly around, all pedestrian/vehicle routes are kept safe & not slippery

Please also drive safely on major roads in this region as many are flooded. Alternative routes are recommended so check before starting your journey. Stay safe 👷🏼‍♀️

It is today and as our industry is made up mostly by men, this is important to us. We may be an all female organisation but we understand & recognise the difficulties that men face & how different it can be for men to be vulnerable.

Please ALWAYS reach out. A lot of sites will now have a Mental Health First Aider and having met a few, we know they can be an incredible support. Times are changing & it isn’t a sign of weakness to need help - you are loved & you are important ❤️
