Do you think you need to lift weights to build lean muscle?
Sam’s latest review might surprise you!!
She’s not currently exercising, yet we’ve still seen some brilliant changes in her body stats:

⬇️ Body fat down
📏 50cm off her body measurements
⬆️ Muscle mass increased
💧 Hydration improved
🚶‍♀️ Steps up

One of the biggest shifts for Sam has also been getting a bit more organised around weekends, which used to be where things slipped slightly.

It just goes to show that when you focus on the right habits consistently, results can still happen without extreme changes. Good nutrition plan + accountability= Results!!

📌 Save this so you remember it!!
Most people only think about calories and protein.
But real performance and fat loss comes from nutrient timing and micronutrients- there's alot more involved than people realise.
1️⃣ Carbs are your performance fuel.
Carbohydrates refill muscle glycogen which is the energy your muscles use during running and training.
Low glycogen will mean a slower pace, higher heart rate and early fatigue!
Strategic carbs around training improve performance AND recovery.
2️⃣ Fats regulate your hormones.
Healthy fats support your hormones balance, cortisol levels, fat-soluble vitamin absorption and long term energy!!
Too little fat in the diet can disrupt hormones, recovery and metabolism. These are not a syn....don't believe anyone who tells you so! Healthy fats also burn saturated fats so win win!
3️⃣ Micronutrients drive metabolism.
Your body needs vitamins and minerals to actually use the food you eat.
My key ones for active people:
• Magnesium – muscle recovery & sleep
• Iron – oxygen transport & endurance
• B vitamins – energy production
• Electrolytes – hydration & nerve function
Without these, energy production drops.
4️⃣ Under-fueling kills performance.
Eating too little leads to muscle breakdown, elevated cortisol levels, poor recovery and slow, stubborn fat loss.
Contrary to popular belief - Less food does not always equal more fat loss.

Nutrition isn’t about eating less.
It’s about fueling the body so it performs better and burns energy more efficiently.
That’s when body composition really changes.

Talk about a transformation 😮🥳
Aren’t these progress photos incredible?! Give Becky some love 💛🫶🏼 EPIC.
As you can see, Becky has dropped an insane amount of body fat. She’s leaner, stronger and healthier and it’s showing in so many ways… her sleep, skin, energy and more.
Don’t be fooled though… this lady has a social calendar like no other🙈🤣! But what Becky is brilliant at is jumping straight back into plan when she can.
Doesn't it show!!?
Because it’s not about perfection… it’s about consistency.

Now we’re transitioning into stage 2 of Becky’s journey.
She’s lifting heavier in the gym, feeling stronger in herself and getting back into running, so it’s time to tweak her targets and nutrition to make sure her body is properly fuelled for this next phase.

These photos are crazy 🥳✨
Lara's shape is really changing and we are so proud of her, BUT.....Not every check-in is “progress, progress, progress”… and with Lara's permission, I wanted to share that with you all. Because life happens and it's totally normal on any health journey.

Lara came in for her 3-week review and although her weight dropped, we noticed something important:
• Muscle dipped slightly
• Hydration dropped

This is exactly why we do these reviews!
Progress isn’t just about the number on the scale. It’s about understanding what’s happening inside the body so we can adjust, support and move forward properly.
Lara's photos are still insane and we celebrated that alongside CMS dropped too. But this is the moment where we pause, assess, tweak and go again because that's real coaching!
This isn’t guesswork. This is strategy!
We look at what’s happened, why it’s happened and what we need to adjust so Lara can keep pushing towards insane results.
Every 3 weeks we pause for this moment.

Rob’s First Review 💥💪🏼 7 years younger and already sleeping better 😲🙏🏼
Rob came to me already knowing a lot about nutrition but like so many people, knowledge isn’t always the problem.
Life is busy! Rob works night shifts, juggling three children, and trying to stay consistent can make even the most knowledgeable person struggle to prioritise themselves.
So Rob didn’t come to learn what to do…
He came for structure, accountability, and support. So proud of his results in such a short space of time!

Look what’s happened already ⬇️
🔥 7 years off his metabolic age
🔥 2 litres of visceral fat gone
🔥 23cm off body measurements
💪 Muscle gained
💧 Hydration improved
😴 Sleeping better already
☕ Less caffeine needed because energy is up

My favourite tho is he has consistent, regular meals back. He's fuelling his body properly and has found more structure and routine that fits around his hectic life!
It's important to note, real progress doesn’t come from doing things perfectly, it comes from doing the right things consistently and if you fall off, you get straight back on!

One of the biggest things I see is people falling into one of two camps. They start running to lose weight or they increase their running and suddenly feel exhausted, heavy and even start to gain weight.
Is this you?
Do you skip meals?
Rely on caffeine to get through the day?
Or not really understand how you should be fuelling your body to support your running/weight loss journey?

If your body isn't fueled correctly, your runs will most likely feel heavy, slow and absolutely exhausting!!

Your body relies on glycogen (carbohydrates) to fuel running. When glycogen is low, everything feels so much harder, which is where carb cycling comes in.
Higher carbs around harder runs help replenish glycogen and support performance. Lower demand days can be slightly lower carb, but it’s not about cutting carbs on a rest day, it’s about using them strategically.

Under-fuelling does not equal more fat loss.
When you consistently don't eat enough your cortisol rises, recovery drops and your muscle breakdown increases!
For women especially, strategic carbs are important for hormones, recovery and sustainable fat loss.
Fuel your body properly and everything changes-
Stronger runs.
Better recovery.

Sometimes the first one can feel so nerve-wracking. You've been doing everything right but expecting to see more 'weight loss' that's how Lucy felt.
But 😲 WOW
We were able to show her that she's-
🔥 Burned away half a litre of dangerous fat already
📏 Taken 26cm off her body measurements
👇🏼 Dropped 3KG of just body fat (because weight loss can sometimes just be muscle!)
Alongside this she's noticed she has-
