Paul’s first review… what an incredible transformation already 👏
It got a little emotional in club, putting these photos side by side really shows how amazing Paul has done in such a short space of time.
Sometimes you don’t realise just how far you’ve come until you actually SEE it ✨🥺

7.8kg down.
2 litres of dangerous fat gone.
5.5kg muscle gained.
34cm off overall.

But more importantly… more energy, no cravings and feeling better in himself again.
He’s quietly got his head down, trusted the process and put the work in 👊

The truth is, the scales didn’t reflect how well she’s worked this month… but the photos tell a completely different story 💯
Where most people would fall off and ‘give up’, Vikky hasn’t. She’s stuck in, stayed consistent, ignored the noise and carried on progressing with the plan 👊
This is the part people struggle with the most… when you’re focusing on body composition and cellular nutrition, the scales don’t always show it week to week, sometimes it takes a while for things to catch up.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not working.
She’s leaner, tighter, changing shape… and that’s what actually matters.

Trust the process, stay consistent and stop letting the scales dictate your progress.

Arrived in Coventry yesterday… raining, a little tired, and all I wanted to do was relax in our cute Air B&B 😅
But… a run was on the agenda.
It got me thinking 🤔
It’s not about being motivated… it’s about your habits.
You don’t get results from the days you feel good.
You get results from the days you don’t.
Do it when you’re tired.
Do it when you’re stressed.
Do it when you’ve had a long day.
Do it when you can’t really be bothered.
Because that’s what actually moves the needle.
Anyone can eat well and train when everything’s going right.
But what about when it’s not?
That’s where most people slip.
🍽️ Plan your food and stick to it
🏋️‍♀️ You know you’ve got a session, so do it.
🥤 Hit your protein.
💧 Drink your water.
Stop letting little excuses creep in ❌
