Another strong post-Christmas check-in with Charlotte 👏 Honestly so proud of you girl! You look INCREDIBLE 🤩

Charlotte joined the club just 3 months ago. By making a few simple switches and staying accountable, she’s been able to move through Christmas without falling off track.

No deprivation.

Lara’s results over the Christmas period are a perfect example of why we focus on nutrition first 🌿

Her biggest non-scale victory, despite Christmas treats, social events, and no exercise at all.
Lara has-
✨ Built more lean muscle and not stressed about getting to the gym!

Exercise is often seen as the first thing you have to do.
Yes, it’s brilliant for cardiovascular health, bone density, mood, and especially important during peri-menopause for supporting hormones, muscle preservation, and long-term health.

But the truth is-
👉 Exercise isn’t what drives body composition changes
👉 It doesn’t reset your inner body clock
👉 It won’t fix hormones on its own

When Michelle first joined the club, she was already eating really well, with a diet full of nourishing, healthy foods. At the time, I wasn’t sure how quickly she’d notice changes, but within the first month, she was feeling incredible 💫🥳

Over the past few months, we’ve focused on gradually increasing her calories (something she was definitely hesitant about at first!) and really dialling up her healthy fats. How many of you are potentially doing the opposite right now?

Now that her macros are perfectly balanced for her, the results speak for themselves. Her latest progress photos are absolutely unreal and she's only exercising once a week....if that throughout Christmas! 😳🤣

For the month of November alone, our members have collectively lost 14.5 litres of visceral fat 😱🥳

Visceral fat plays a huge role in your metabolic health and is one of the most important parts of our wellness evaluation body scan stats.

Most people focus on the fat they can see or pinch, but the fat that matters most for long-term health is actually the kind you can’t see. Visceral fat sits deep inside the abdomen, surrounding your organs, and it behaves very differently from the softer fat under the skin.

Even someone who looks slim on the outside can have high levels of visceral fat, which is why it’s often called “hidden” fat. It’s more metabolically active, meaning it releases chemicals and hormones that can impact everything from blood sugar control to inflammation and cardiovascular health.

The important thing to remember is that visceral fat isn’t a life sentence, no you're not too old and it's definitely not too late!!

Visceral fat responds really well to lifestyle changes. Regular movement, balanced eating patterns that support stable energy and blood sugar, good sleep, and managing stress all make a huge difference. It’s not about dieting harder or cutting everything out, it’s about creating habits that support your body consistently.

Crash diets, skipping meals, or trying to “burn it off” with extreme workouts usually do the opposite of what we want. A calmer, more supportive approach works far better long term.
