These photos are crazy 🥳✨
Lara's shape is really changing and we are so proud of her, BUT.....Not every check-in is “progress, progress, progress”… and with Lara's permission, I wanted to share that with you all. Because life happens and it's totally normal on any health journey.
Lara came in for her 3-week review and although her weight dropped, we noticed something important:
• Muscle dipped slightly
• Hydration dropped
This is exactly why we do these reviews!
Progress isn’t just about the number on the scale. It’s about understanding what’s happening inside the body so we can adjust, support and move forward properly.
Lara's photos are still insane and we celebrated that alongside CMS dropped too. But this is the moment where we pause, assess, tweak and go again because that's real coaching!
