Remember the GIVEBACK I did in July. 6 weeks on, Ella and Emily are flourishing! It has been an incredible journey with them so far, and they have made the decision to continue training AND have started Pole with me too! They are in a good routine, feeling more confident and happier in themselves. It has been a genuine pleasure to work with and get to know these girls better and that will continue on ☺️✨

It’s time to declutter and refresh.
This 30 day challenge is designed to do just that!

Option 1 - £30 for the workbook/ guide containing day by day prompts for 30 days to encourage a spring clean of the mind and body.

🏃‍♀️✨ How My Running Improved When I Stopped Forcing It! ✨🏃‍♀️

I thought progress in running meant going further, running faster, and constantly hitting new targets… but the truth? That mindset made me dread my runs. 😩

So, I made three key shifts that completely transformed my running experience—and guess what? I actually got BETTER. 🚀

1️⃣ I Stopped Chasing Distances 📏
Instead of obsessing over hitting 5K, 10K, or any “magic number,” I focused on how my body felt during each run. Some days, that meant 20 minutes of easy movement. Other days, I had the energy to push a little harder. The result? Less stress, better consistency, and more freedom!

2️⃣ I Took the Pressure Off 📉
No more rigid pace goals or feeling guilty if I didn’t “improve” every run. By removing expectations, I naturally became more consistent. Some days were slower, some faster—but ALL of them counted. Progress happened when I stopped forcing it.

3️⃣ I Ran for Enjoyment, Not Obligation 🌿
Instead of seeing running as something I had to do, I made it something I GET to do. I ran to move my body, soak up fresh air, and feel strong—not to tick a box on a training plan. And guess what? I actually began to enjoy running.

🎉 The Takeaway from this? You don’t have to run further or faster to get better—you just need to find a way to make it work for YOU. The rest will follow💛
