Hello and welcome!
Thank you for being here and choosing to follow me 🤍
It’s been a long time since I properly introduced myself, and honestly… I think it’s time. Because I’m not the same person I was 2+ years ago.
Two years ago, I completed my MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, straight after finishing my degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Lockdown sparked something in me, a desire to grow, to learn, to evolve after years of working as a PT in the leisure industry. It wasn’t easy juggling it all, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my 30s.
Then I did something that felt scary but necessary! I left my cushty job and started my own business. This was a risk but I knew I was capable of more. I needed space to create, to express, and to help people beyond just the gym floor. I wanted to support others in moving from feeling stuck to flourishing.
That’s how Flourish With Fox was born, inspired by the work of Dr. Martin Seligman and the concept of flourishing through positive psychology. Building this brand has allowed me to fully embrace my ideas, realising my only limitation is me, and once i get an idea in my head there is no stopping me!
Since then, I’ve also stepped into a Fitness Manager role at MDL Fitness, something I was hesitant about at first. But it’s become a space where I can continue supporting my clients, doing what I love, in an environment that genuinely feels aligned.
Now, 2 years on, I am facilitating workshops, hosting day and weekend retreats, offering 1:1 coaching, personal training, and small group sessions. I specialise in women’s physical and mental wellbeing, helping them build strength, confidence, and a life that they are excited to live.
Beyond the business,
I teach pole (which I LOVE), I run marathons and other events (still can’t quite believe that’s me 😅), and I find my peace by the sea, my reset, my therapy, my happy place.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable. It comes from trusting yourself enough to take the leap.
I’m so glad you’re here ✨
