💪 Monday Night Motivation – SobeyFitness FitFam Reboot! 💛
What a great night tonight! 🙌
We were online and IRL - in Studio 2, in Eggbuckland and the SobeyFitness FitFam gang absolutely smashed it!
Sure, there were a few yawns around the room… and not just from the Weekend Away crew! This time of year, as the light fades and our days shorten, our circadian rhythm naturally shifts — so if you’re feeling a bit more tired or flat, you’re not alone.
But here at SobeyFitness, we don’t hibernate — we just shift gears. ⚙️
We recognise the season’s effect on both body and mindset. Wellness isn’t about stopping; it’s about adapting. It’s knowing when to rest, when to push, and how to keep that positive rhythm going through movement, connection, and a good laugh with your FitFam.
And tonight, we finished with meditation 🧘♀️ — the perfect way to balance body and mind as we move from the high energy of summer into the calmer rhythm of winter. It helps our body transition, our mindset reset, and our spirit recharge.
Fittingly, today is International Failure Day — and around here, failure isn’t final, it’s feedback. 💪
Every rep to fatigue, every wobble, every “I can’t” that becomes “I did” — that’s where the growth happens.
