At 73 years young, she walked into her PT session today and said:
“Dan, I want to test my fitness.”

And wow, did she deliver 💥

Charmian has been a long-time PT client here at SobeyFitness — consistent, committed, and always up for a challenge. But what makes this even more incredible is that just a few months ago, she was recovering from a broken ankle and a cracked rib 😮
