Holistic massage doesn't focus on one part of the body, a holistic massage will help the overall health of your entire body, considering that all body parts are intrinsically linked, and that the health of one part of the body can be benefitted from overall health in the rest of the body. Holistic massages use various strokes and methods to benefit the entire body. I also use aromatherapy and other oils to enhance the therapy experience. Who can benefit from holistic massage therapy? Almost everybody can benefit from massage therapy, including specific medical conditions. It’s also ideal for people who lead very active lifestyles, as they are likely to have wear and tear on their bodies. BENEFITS OF HOLISTIC MASSAGE. The benefits are broad because focus is on your whole body. REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY
Holistic massages are very relaxing, using methods that will help you breathe deeply and enter a meditative-like state, relieving anxiety and stress that you may be holding. Massage, evokes several physiological effects that most commonly occur to help reduce stress. Increased endorphins, serotonin, tissue elasticity and dopamine, as well as a lowering in cortisol levels. When lacking positive hormones like endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, increased stress and anxiety often follows. Massage stimulates the body's natural production of positive hormones, their release within the body reduces stress and anxiety and improves stress-related sleep problems. Massage therapy has been proven to ease some physical conditions, by relaxing painful muscles, tendons and joints, massage that targets chronic pain reduces muscle tightness and increases range of movement. Massage can reduce muscle tightness by increasing blood flow, and with this decrease in tension, muscles can be worked to stretch to their full capacity, which improves tissue elasticity and increases the overall range of movement. IMPROVE MUSCULAR TENSION. Focusing on a particular point of your body, to improve any muscle aches and issues by relieving tension and congestion in the muscle fibers and tissue. BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
By helping to stimulate circulatory systems to give the immune system a boost. HELP WITH SLEEP. Sleep is possibly the most essential step in maintaining your general health and wellbeing. Almost 1 in 5 people in the UK don't get enough sleep. Disrupting your sleep cycle may affect cognitive skills, alertness, mood and accuracy short-term memory. Relieving stress and chronic pains that keep you from sleeping. RESET YOUR SLEEP CYCLE by increasing serotonin levels (which is essential to produce melatonin), which will lead to a better night’s sleep overall. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that is associated with your sleep cycle or circadian rhythm. CALMING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. Massage can be a particularly powerful to calm the nervous system because it helps to balance and regulate the vital functions of the autonomic nervous system. Remedial massage can stimulate or sooth the nerves depending on the approach, pressure or stroke or to create the needed outcome. Offering a calming and relaxing effect on the entire body. HELP WITH GENERAL PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Holistic therapy massage can aid the recovery of a wide range of conditions from stress, anxiety and sleeplessness to poor digestion, pain, recovery of injury, muscle strain, migraine / headaches and sinus congestion. The list is almost endless. SPORTS INJURY AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage therapy can help to realigning deeper layers of muscles and relieve the stress of incurred injury. This treatment aims to work deeper into the muscles, aiding release of tissue. It is often used for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. CLINICAL REFLEXOLOGY

Clinical Reflexology is a non-invasive, deeply relaxing healing therapy which works with points on the foot known as reflexes, to bring about balance, enabling the healing process by activating your body’s own potential for well-being.
