What a fabulous day in groups yesterday; not only did Paula collect her 16 stone loss award but our amazing Steph collected her 3 1/2 stone award in 14 weeks and Kelly got her 4 1/2!! All through food optimising!! Well done all who braved those scales and started a new week….lets do this 💪 Slimming World The Beacon
