We are in a beautiful, spacious church with a heated floor and free parking.

A reminder that we will end our Thursday evening classes (Christchurch) for the year this week. We'll have a gentle session, ending with a Yoga Nidra for deep rest and healing. Remember your pillows and blankets and see you 6.15pm 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

And just like that it is time for our last get together of the year. Everybody welcome for a slow-paced, gentle class with a nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to end with. Bring your warm blanket (the floor is heated, but it is lovely to cocoon yourself).
