We're really pleased to share a new date for our 8-week yoga course in , 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, starting next month! 🧘

Join us for a weekly moment to press pause and come back to yourself. The course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your breath, and create weekly space for calm and self-care. After each session, stay for a coffee and chat — a chance to connect with others and extend the wellbeing practice into a community.
