My Creative Kinesiology sessions give you the opportunity to connect with yourself on many levels and to really get to know yourself. Creative Kinesiology can help you to transform your life and step into your true power. I can a

ssist you to align with your soul, through self-acceptance, self-love and self-expression. Creative kinesiology allows me to talk to your body, mind and spirit using muscle testing, and is a way of tracking, or clue finding, which identifies what is out of balance or alignment in your system, and then various techniques are used to bring your system back into balance and flow. My Reiki sessions help you to relax, de-stress and balance and harmonise your system. Reiki supports your spiritual connection and is very beneficial for your health and wellbeing. My sessions assist you in your personal growth and facilitate your own self-healing process, in a safe, held space. I support people to feel more able to cope with life and to move through life with more ease and less stress. Loving and embodying your true self is the best gift that you can give to yourself, others and our planet. I am a qualified Associate Creative Kinesiologist and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner (level 2), and a member of the Kinesiology Federation and the UK Reiki Federation. I offer face to face Creative Kinesiology & Reiki sessions from my home in Plympton, Plymouth. I also offer online Kinesiology & Reiki sessions, and distance helaing Reiki sessions. Did my first Creative Kinesiology Surrogate session last weekend, with a mum and daughter (toddler). This enabled me to talk to the daughters own body wisdom, through muscle testing on her mum and giving treatment as needed. What a gift for a mum to give to her daughter ❤️

Surrogate testing is a great technique to use for people who muscle testing on, would be difficult, for example babies and toddlers, the elderly and people with restricted mobility and speech. It is great for babies who cannot speak for themselves and tell us what is wrong or how they feel.
