5 things your body needs if youâre training regularly
Training hard but always feeling tight?
Hereâs what most people miss:
1. Recovery isnât optional
If youâre loading your body, you need to unload it too
2. Sleep matters more than you think
Late nights = slower recovery
3. Warm-ups need to match what youâre doing
Not just 5 mins on a bike
4. Mobility doesnât mean random stretching
It needs to be targeted
5. Small ni**les need attention early
Not when they stop you training
