🩶WE’RE RECRUITING🩶

Wentdale care Ltd are currently recruiting for full time carers across the areas of pontefract, castleford and surrounding areas.

We are looking for staff to work 4 days one week and 3 days week after on a rolling rota. (monthly rota so you can plan ahead)
Positions are available on our single and double up runs.
Positions available on nights 10pm-6am

Full in- house training including moving and handling, food hygiene, infection control, first aid and safe guarding.

£11.70ph 7am-9pm from April 12.30ph
Day shifts finish no later than 9pm
£12.50 night rate 10pm-6am
30p pm fuel ⛽️

(paid by full visit duration not by minute!) you will be paid the full hours on your rota that day/ Nights.
Even if care calls are cancelled.
Minimum care call 30 minutes.

‼️WEEKLY PAY‼️
‼️NO NEED TO WAIT A FULL MONTH FOR PAY DAY‼️

Requirements :

: Shift start times are 7am - 9pm with a break in the afternoon. (single runs & Double runs)

: Night’s 10pm- 6am

: work alternative weekends.

: A full UK driving license and your own vehicle is required for this post.

To every care provider, support worker, unpaid carer, advocate, and ally, our movement is nothing without you. Together, we are showing the government that you are the vital and integrated part of our NHS and local government partners,

📢 Why does this matter?

✅ Social care and support contributes £68.1 billion to the UK economy.

✅ We employs 1.59 million people directly and thousands more volunteer.

✅ For every £100 spent, social care saves the NHS £35.

Yet, care providers are overwhelmed with chronic underfunding. Families are struggling. Many of our staff are burnt out.

On Tuesday, 25th February, we will explain to central government that Social Care deserves Recognition & Respect.

Because care is not a privilege, it’s a right.
