Hello everyone, well the invites are out there so thank you to all who have connected. This is my new business page on Facebook. Quite a few of you know me as Jo, the lady who runs Care to Talk based at St Mary's in Chequerfield. I am now wishing to expand the 9 years plus experience and training within that role along with my own lived experiences to create a life coaching and mental health support service to run alongside my St Mary's base.
