Some absolute crackers this week — and all built on simple, repeatable habits 😊💪

👰‍♀️ Client #1 – Wedding in August
She’s already fitting into the dress she wants for her big day — months ahead of schedule!

How?

By just keeping on keeping on ✨
January and February are tough… dark mornings, low mood, low motivation.
But this is where the habits are built.
Week in, week out.
No deadline diets.
No panic.
Just enjoying the process and seeing the results roll in.

Back in November it felt like turning an oil rig — slow, heavy, frustrating.

Well apart from the weather

Life is ridiculously busy for everyone

But it doesn’t mean we can’t keep progressing with our health

We get in the mindset of

I’ll do it when I have more time or when I’m motivated

You get motivated by starting

Short strength based sessions are the key to my physical health

But more importantly

My mental health

🚨MY BIRTHDAY THOUGHTS🚨

4 THINGS at 47 IVE LEARNT

I know it’s hard to believe

But I have just turned 47 years old 🤣🤣

I know your thinking 35 years old max 🤣🤣

4 things I learnt about weight loss over the years

1. You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight (you know this right?) and if your not losing weight it’s because your not in a calorie deficit 🤔

2. You don’t have to exercise for hours to lose weight 🥵 in fact I’d look at exercise to make you feel better 🧠, help your injuries and change your body shape 💪 not aiming to burn a bunch of calories 🤬

3. You don’t have to cut out food like bread, takeaways, alcohol, yes you might have to reduce them but not cut them out altogether 👍😀

4. You can lose weight quickly but make sure the diet has good healthy habits in it. Walking more, eating protein & exercising . Also have a plan B once the initial diet is over so you don’t pile the weight back on 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

5. Bonus tip 👍 make sure your eating food you actually like. Nothing worse than hating the food your eating 🤮 it won’t last long and it will be another failed diet 🤦‍♂️

With summer fast approaching 15 weeks 😎 if your looking to drop that 1-3stone we need to get going ASAP

For less than a posh coffee a day ☕️

Reduce instead of eliminating 🤔

Rather than saying I’m not eating

Chocolate 🍫
Bread 🥖
Pizza 🍕
Carbs 😂😂😂😂😩😩
Burgers 🍔
Donuts 🍩
Alcohol 🍷

Ever again ( which wont last that long as it will be all you think of 😂😂😩😩)

Start by reducing them all first 👍

Your relationship with food will be far better and a much better chance of losing weight and the important part
