- GP said if I keep going I will reverse my diabetes ✅

- First time in years My Blood pressure is in the normal range ✅

But

More than likely if you do these few things more often

1. Eat in a slight calorie deficit

2. Control your portion sizes

3. Eat protein you like at 2 meals a day with some fruit 🍎 & Veg 🥗

4. Move more doing something you enjoy 😊

💡 Here’s the truth about weight loss in 2026:

It’s not about doing everything perfectly for 30 days and then falling off the wagon. It’s about building habits you can repeat week after week—even when life gets messy.

The problem? Most people start the year with an all-or-nothing mindset:
❌ Cut out carbs
❌ Train every day
❌ Go “No Pain, No Gain”
❌ Quit alcohol cold turkey
❌ Spend hours in the gym
❌ Buy every supplement under the sun
Sounds hardcore, right? But here’s what really happens:
➡ You burn out.
➡ You feel guilty when you can’t keep up.
➡ You end up bingeing or quitting by February.

The truth? You don’t need extremes to get results.
✅ Carbs aren’t the enemy—portion control matters more.
✅ 2–4 short, focused workouts beat daily punishment.
