Reflexology is one of my favourite treatments to give and recieve, like many people i didnt know what it was before i started my training but now I wish more people would give it a try as it's so beneficial in so many ways.

Reflexology improves circulation, reduces stress, boosts the immune system and has many more benefits.

by applying pressure to specific areas it stimulates the body into healing itself and restoring natural balance by releasing built-up toxins, its also a very relaxing and calming treatment 👣😌

Deep tissue massage is applied to work out the knots from overworked muscles and connective tissue to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain.
By increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation of the muscle it also promotes faster healing.
