An amazing piece of equipment that can be used in pregnancy and labour.

It helps keep you in an upright and open position in late pregnancy to help your baby enter your pelvis ready for birth.

In labour it is a comfortable way to stay mobile.

Are you over 40 weeks pregnant and wanting your baby to arrive soon?

Babies will come when they are ready but here are my 5 top tips to help start labour.

You will notice most of them revolve around keeping calm and relaxed! This is because labour will only begin if you are relaxed, unfortunately there is no secret, clever way!!!

If you are going to try any method of trying to start labour, always discuss it with your midwife first!
