Personal question, but, how often do you stretch your groin?! 🤨
These guys are also important if you want that 360 degree functionality we were talking about. Here are a few options of active and passive stretches to try:
✅Active version of this pose taken from yoga asana Supta Padangustasana 2 using the strength of the inner hip muscles
✅Passive version of the same stretch using hands or a belt
✅Seated crossed legged, lift your knees & hook your arms around them, then create resistance by pressing legs into arms and arms back into outside of the legs - strength in lengthened position 👍
✅Frog pose - drive the legs into the ground and squeeze side bum
✅Passive butterfly, lying down, soles of feet together, knees bent. Use blocks under the upper legs so you feel supported - and chill!
