New beginnings energy is in the air 🍂

We are a friendly chair yoga group and we’d love to have more people join us this autumn.

Classes are gentle yet challenging, all while sitting down.

We have the last chair yoga class of May this Monday, two weeks squeezed together because of all these lovely Bank Holidays we’re having!

Our theme for today’s chair yoga class was grounding and we used the image of a tree to help us feel grounded and strong in our bodies.

🍃March into Spring with chair yoga! Our next class is this Monday 12:15pm at Parkstone United Reformed Church🍃

Our classes are friendly and suitable for every body. All movements are sitting down, and options are given for those wanting to challenge themselves.

Chair yoga is perfect for people recovering from injury or for those wanting to move their bodies gently after an operation.

Chair yoga is also enjoyed by people just wanting to move more.

There may even be some sitting down marching this week! Come and join our relaxed and social little group.
