Welcome to the world Beau Indiana Fastnedge 💙

Born this morning 20th September at 9.38am. We couldn't be happier thar our little family is now complete.

The birth was an amazing experience with huge thanks to the team at Poole maternity who made it very relaxing and joyful.

Now we look forward to bringing him home to meet his elder brothers! 🩵❤️

Thank you so much to all the Yogis who joined me on todays workshop 🕉️

This workshop was requested by a few yogis who really wanted to learn how to headstand properly, but don’t always get the time to explore in class. But I am forever grateful for your support towards my passion & love for Yoga. We explored being upside down (mainly in SIRSASANA) to help build confidence, learn new tips/tricks and correct alignment. I think we may all be exhausted now 🤪 but it was so much fun!

Feeling very blessed to have held the space for such a lovely bunch of yogis yesterday alongside my partner Guin. We had perfect weather, divine food from Green Label Kitchen, and an incredible sound immersion experience from Peaceful Pixie Wellbeing. Thank you to all of you! 🙏🏻

What a beautiful Sunday afternoon celebrating a friends birthday with Gongs and Alpacas 🦙🧡

The New Moon Gong bath was magical. The New moon holds a special place in the cosmic cycle. A time to reset, set new intentions, new beginnings and potential for growth and change. It lasted an hour but it went so quick! I could have easily soaked up more ☺️
