Hi, I’m Thilaka . I’ve been with Zion for the past few months.

Working for Zion has been a truly wonderful experience. I really enjoy meeting our lovely clients each day, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives.

A special thank you to the management team for being so approachable and understanding. It means a lot to know that we can always come to you with any concerns, and it truly makes a big difference.

Hello, I’m Melissa 😊 I’m new to the zion and I already feel so honoured to be joining and to become a part of such a great team of people 😊 Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and I couldn’t speak higher of the management team at Zion and their dedication to great care 💗 Everyone here are such compassionate and caring people and aim to be and do their best to support our service users and each other. Zion are more like a family , full of devoted and kind hearted individuals , and I can’t wait to see all the positive impacts we can play in the lives of our clients and as a team ⭐

Today I'd like to share with you a few of the phrases they've been using 😊❤️

Very proud of the staff, especially from other parts of the world, getting stuck into learning basic Welsh, to be able to communicate with our clients in both languages if preferred!

Ty-bach! This is Welsh for toilet .. but also literally Welsh for "little house" 🤣

Next time we assist someone to the bathroom, we could ask if they'd like to use the ty-bach 🤪
