With so much nutritional information out there, it can sometimes be very overwhelming and leave you unsure where to begin. The approach I take will be to provide you with the most up-to-date information that is backed by scientific evidence to help you bypass the fads and fiction. Combine this with effective health coaching tools and you will be well on your way to achieving your personal health goals and desires. We are all unique and there is no ‘one size fits all’, so my job is to work out what works best for you and keep you on track and motivated to see the changes you want. Interested in booking a session with me? If you think I could help you and you would like to have a chat, I warmly invite you to book a free, no-obligation, 20-minute session to discuss your needs. We will discuss your current nutritional situation and your goals to see if I can help you. If you decide to continue, we will decide on a package that works best for you and get this booked in. I offer a range of packages that vary in length from a single session to 6 months, depending on what suits you best. Training, qualifications & experience
