Pauline has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, teamwork, and commitment to both her team and the people we support.

During a particularly challenging month, she has gone above and beyond to help ensure the smooth running of the service.

She has regularly picked up extra shifts, covered at short notice, worked additional days, and supported the team without hesitation.

Today brought together professionals from the health, legal and care sectors to share ideas, build connections and discuss the rehabilitation journey from injury to independence.

The seminar marked the official launch of the Agincare Complex Injury Partnerships Programme, an exciting new initiative focused on strengthening collaboration and supporting individuals with complex injuries on their journey towards independence.

We’re delighted to share that Maxine Booth-Isherwood from our Nightingale Care & Nursing Home in Derby has been named the first-ever recipient of our Operational Leadership and Management award in our Employee of the Month scheme.
