Running at the beautiful venue that is the Wow Centre in Southill, Weymouth - our 5 week courses in Baby Yoga (20 weeks approx to walking) and Baby Massage (newborn to approx 6 months) will take place on:

🍂 It’s tiiiiiiime! 🍁

As we come to the end of the summer holidays, and we look forwards to a week of rain until the children go back to school (🥴), it seems the perfect time to announce the Autumn Term of Blissful Beginnings.

Running at the beautiful venue that is the Wow Centre in Southill, Weymouth, I can now confirm the dates for the term as follows:

October 3rd
October 10th
October 17th
October 24th
November 7th
🎃

👶🏻 As usual, we will be running both our Baby Massage (suitable from newborn 6 months) and Baby Yoga (suitable from approximately 20 weeks to walking). 👶🏻

🌅 Times will be confirmed but the classes will be for a duration of 1 hour, starting between 10am and 12pm. 🌅

A reminder that we also do gift vouchers, so if you know anyone due to give birth soon, this will make a lovely gift - the gift of time and bonding with their new little bundle of joy! 💝

Two terms completed ☑️

Spring and Summer are complete. As I now break for the summer holidays, I’m looking back over the last two terms and making notes on what I want to keep, change, and adjust when we come back in the Autumn.

I’m so thankful of the support I’ve had from everyone. I’ve had around 35 families come to the whole range of offerings over the last two terms which feels absolutely unreal. From just an idea in January, to now over 6 months in, it’s madness!

I’d like to invite those that I have been lucky enough to meet to complete this anonymous feedback forms so I can learn more directly from you about what I’m doing well and what I can do better on! I appreciate your valuable time and thank you in advance.

👶🏻 Week Five! 👶🏻

Unreal that Week Five is here already. It’s been an unreal experience finally going live with my baby yoga and baby massage classes. I have had the BEST ladies and babies this term who have been such a great group for my first live term and I’ll never forget this experience! So a HUGE thank you to them for sharing this with me.

I’ve definitely learnt so much about the process and have some changes and adaptions for when I return to the SPARK Wellbeing Centre in the Autumn term in September. 🍂 🍁

A massive thank you to the community for all the wonderful prizes donated to my son’s lovely school for the Grand Raffle at the summer fair this coming Friday 27th June.
The PTA are such an amazing team to be a part of and we have all worked really hard to make this years summer fair one to remember. Pop on down to support the school if you can! There’s so much to do, and a lovely way to spend a Friday afternoon!

We are so lucky to have the support from so many wonderful local businesses!

☀️ I know the weather is absolutely glorious, but Tahlia and I have been planning my absolute favourite season - Autumn! 🍁

🤰🏻 Do you have a friend or family member due this summer? Give them the greatest gift of one on one time with their baby with a gift voucher to attend our baby massage, baby yoga, or sensory play sessions (or even the one off Halloween special!) 🎟️

👶🏻 Maternity leave still going in October? The weather gets cold and cosy, why not book in for some inside courses with us so you can still get out and about and enjoy your maternity leave without worrying about getting cold and damp when the sunshine disappears! 🎃

💚 Opened Today – a new place to find support in Portland.💚

We’re excited to announce that Access Wellbeing Hubs ,our second Portland drop-in opens its doors today, Tuesday 17 June.

You can now find us every Tuesday from 10am-1pm at the Portland YMCA. Drop in for a warm welcome and support from our friendly wellbeing coordinators. Whatever’s on your mind, they can take the time to listen.
