Pre-season is on the horizon, remember the ground is hard and this may cause impact aches and pains. Incorporate stretches into your cool-down routine. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your training session. Don't push too hard beyond your current level of fitness.

Book in a massage to ease your aching muscles. A leg massage can work wonders on tight muscles which have not been used out of season.
