Meet your workshop host โœจ

This session is led by Kate Okoro, a mindset and manifestation coach who supports people in reconnecting with themselves and creating lasting, meaningful change. Drawing from her own lived experience of overcoming depression and anxiety, Kate combines identity work, mindset shifts and nervous system regulation to help others step into their power with confidence and clarity.

Stepping Into Your Power is a guided mindset and journalling session designed to help you understand the beliefs holding you back and begin rewriting them in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

This session is for anyone ready to challenge their inner limits, build self-trust, and move forward with intention.

April is PMDD awareness month, so we wanted to shed some light on this cyclical hormone based mood disorder known as pre menstrual disphoric disorder, known as PMDD for short.

It is characterised by debilitating physical and psychological symptoms in the two weeks before menstruation and over 75% of patients report trying multiple treatment options before finding partial relief.

Our founder was diagnosed in 2023 and shares

โ€œPMDD has been one of the biggest struggles in my adult life, some months are good and some arenโ€™t, and on those bad months itโ€™s like it sneaks up and tears down all those good habits and in some cases relationships Iโ€™ve been nurturing. PMDD is not a one size fits all and is so multifaceted so itโ€™s hard to say the reasons behind it and what helps as this may differ from person to person. For me I believe trauma has a strong cross over (up to 83% of individuals with PMDD have a history of trauma)

My biggest help is taking magnesium, eating a clean diet, moving my body and trying to de stress (sometimes easier said than done right)

When Iโ€™m feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I like to take some time to focus on myself in a way that feels achievable. Looking after my body, my skin, getting cosy, having an easy dinner & spending time focusing on my breathing. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน I felt much calmer by the time I sat down to eat, and ended up having a lovely nights sleep.

This session is led by Tamzin Hall, a neurodiversity consultant, coach, and trainer with a background in psychology and lived experience of neurodivergence. As the founder of The Neurodiversity Academy, Tamzin specialises in helping individuals and organisations build inclusive, supportive environments. Tamzin is known for her warm, practical approach, offering honest, evidence-based guidance that empowers people to thrive, whether they are neurodivergent or supporting someone who is.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to better support neurodivergent people in their lives including themselves - at work, at home, or in the community.

The theme for 2026 is โ€œTogether for health. Stand with science.โ€ celebrating the power of scientific collaboration to protect the health of people, animals, plants, and the planet. ๐ŸŒฑ
Being mindful about the environment can help foster a sense of achievement and community - and it doesnโ€™t need to be hard or time consuming. Try:
