Take a close look at this picture, the back of the helmet is missing. This is because my patient hit her head on the road after a delivery driver reversed into her. If she hadn't been wearing the helmet then she would have had a severe head injury. As it is she has been left with cuts and bruises and a stiff neck. Stay safe, these things happen so quickly

So often back and neck pain is a result of bad habits. For example, sitting on the couch working with a lap top for hours, leaning over breakfast bars to read or just sat watching a TV screen which is at an angle to how you're sitting. It doesn't seem like you're doing much wrong but it really can cause a lot of pain!

There is a common myth that once you have back pain you will always have back pain. This just isn't true!
Of course there are exceptions but for the majority of back pain sufferers you can live without pain. There are so many factors to consider which can improve your pain including work posture, foot/knee/hip mechanics, previous unresolved trauma, core strength, vitamin deficiency (D and B12).
