Happy New Year ✨

I hope you all had a beautiful Christmas and New Year with friends and family.

Classes are continuing in the tattoo studio for now and we’re back from Monday 5th.

New class: Slow Flow & Sound 🧘‍♀️🎶
A very gentle class using all the props including bolsters and blocks. Expect mostly yin and restorative poses, some soft flowing movement into standing poses. We will end the class with a mini sound bath using gongs, crystal singing bowls chimes and more. Perfect if you’re looking to unwind, gently move your body and leave feeling more rested and rejuvenated. Beginner friendly and open to all 🙏

Classes at are £10 or £34 for a block of 4.

SOUND JOURNEY – FRIDAY 24TH OCTOBER
6:25pm-7:25pm & 7:30pm-8:30pm (replacing our usual Friday yoga classes)

£10 per person 1 hour

Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Journey.
We’ll begin with around 10 minutes of gentle movement to soften the body and settle the mind, followed by a soothing immersion in singing bowls, gong, handpan and chimes.

This will be our final Sound Journey (Joss and I) in the studio before we move – a special evening to pause, release and resonate together. I am planning a couple of other final studio events before the end of the year which will include some sound also (will send more info this week)

🌿 New Beginnings 🌿

Joss and I have decided it’s time for a new chapter. We’ve put the studio on the market and are planning to move out of the city.

This decision feels very much in line with the teachings of yoga: learning when to let go, to simplify and to trust the flow of life. We’re craving more time in nature, more peace and space to grow. For me, that means deepening my own practice and continuing to learn as both student and teacher. For Joss, it’s about focusing on his art and finding new inspiration through travel.

We feel so grateful to be in a position to make this change and the timing feels right - even if it’s a little scary. We’re trusting the process and moving forward with open hearts.

I’ll be moving my Portsmouth yoga classes to a new space just around the corner from our current studio to continue building this beautiful yoga community. The class schedule might change slightly but I will keep you all updated. For now classes will continue as usual in the tattoo studio.

Thank you so much for your patience and ongoing support - I’m so excited for this next chapter and everything to come 💛
