February in the studio 🤍🧘♀️🌿
So grateful to everyone who’s joined me in class so far this month. I’m really enjoying the new schedule. As some of you know, life is a little busy at the moment 😅 so I’m leaning into what I teach: moving slowly and with intention, protecting my peace, and honouring my energy. I’ve very much enjoyed a Friday evening off ✨💃🏻
That said… I’ve been toying with the idea of offering a monthly Friday sound bath, perhaps paired with gentle movement or meditation 🎶 If that’s something you’d love to see, let me know I’d really value your thoughts.
One of the parts of teaching I didn’t fully anticipate is how bittersweet it can feel when students move on, a new home, a new job, travelling the world. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness but when someone’s energy has been such a valued part of the space, it becomes a real life practice of aparigraha - letting go with love and gratitude.
With that in mind, there are now a few regular spaces available:
Monday 5:45pm - 3 spaces
Monday 7:00pm - 1 space
Thursday 7:00pm - Slow Flow & Sound (new!)
