It's that time of year where we need to look after the largest organ of the body, The skin.
With the seasons changing and temperatures going down. The skin needs more hydrating and moisturising. I introduce This little time saver. HYDRATING BATH BUTTER
Which contains Shea butter, Cocoa butter. Safflower oil and 4 botanicals. Which leaves the skin feeling smooth and protected.
Use is very simple at the end of your bathing. Simply emerge the cube in the water apply like a soap. Leave on skin and your moisturising is done.Can also be applied in a shower.

Raspberry and blackberry oxymel. This dates as far back to 500 BC when the' father of modern medicine ' Hippocrates used it for colds, coughs and sore throats. With it mucous-shifting, soothing and calming affect it is one of my favourite go too.

My favourite time of the year.🍁🍂🌿 Forging for the winter cold months. To help boost immunity, colds , flu and fevers. Also the mighty acorn which grows to mighty oak . Which is one of my favourite trees. For its wider uses throughout history 🌳
